Common Faults Symptoms

After powering on, the instrument shows a black screen, and all function keys are ineffective.
After powering on, there is no power output when the handset switch is pressed.
The electrosurgical neutral plate signals an alarm abnormally, the neutral plate indicator does not turn green, and there is no power output from the electrosurgical unit.

Repair Cases

Appearance Inspection: Verify that the main unit's appearance is intact with no obvious damage.
Fault Symptoms: Upon powering on the device for inspection, an error 163 is reported for electrosurgery, indicating an issue with output power, and the baseplate copper wire cable is severed.
Disassembly Diagnosis: Upon inspection, the fault is identified in the baseplate, where several chips are found aged, resulting in unstable conditions, no voltage output, and the relay contacts are carbonized and blackened, with the power tube damaged.
Repair Plan: ① Repair the baseplate ② Replace the relay ③ Replace the power tube ④ Calibrate the output voltage, reinforce the internal components.
