  • Appearance Inspection: The handle is severely worn out.


  • Fault Phenomenon: The handle fails to rotate the motor when connected for testing.


  • Technical Detection: Comprehensive instrumentation and technical checks reveal that the handle motor's three-phase resistance is unbalanced, the coil windings are damaged due to breakdown, and it cannot function; seals are aged with saline intrusion, mechanical running parts bearings and assemblies are rusted; internal mechanical running parts bearings and assemblies are worn out; cables are severely aged, resulting in increased resistance, and shielding wire aged. The limiting switch on the rotary wheel of the knife head is rusted and stuck, unable to rotate.


  • Inspection Conclusion: Damage to the motor, mechanical running parts, and bearings. Damaged seals. Cable replacement is recommended. Rusted rotary mechanical interface of the knife head.

  • Replace motor, running bearings, dedicated seals, and running assemblies.


  • Replace cables.


  • Repair rotary mechanical structure of the knife head.
