1. Appearance testing


The surface of the camera has worn due to daily use. It mainly manifested that there are slight scratches and scratches in part of the shell area. This affects its appearance integrity to a certain extent, but has not yet caused direct interference to the core function of the camera. At the same time, the appearance of the cable shows more obvious aging characteristics. Its skin has different degrees of hardening, discoloration, and fine cracks. 2. Fault detection


When connecting the camera to the device and conducting the machine test, it is found that the black screen and colorful screens are blinked alternately. This unstable display situation seriously affects the normal use of the camera, making the image unable to be clear and continuously presented. In order to further investigate the root cause of the fault, the backup cable was replaced for testing. After replacing the cable, the camera screen returns to normal, and this result initially shows that there may be problems with the original cable. In addition, when other components of the camera are checked, it is found that there is a slight stuck phenomenon in the blue focus ring. However, given that it has a small impact on the current shooting function, it can be temporarily processed.


3. Analysis of the cause of failure


After detailed observation of the fault phenomenon and the results of the backup cable replacement test, the key to the problem is that the signal line inside the original cable is poor contact. In the long -term use process, the signal line inside the cable may be loose, oxidized or worn by frequent bending, pulling, or. The comprehensive effect of these factors makes the signal line intermittent interruption or interference when transmitting video signals, which in turn causes the faulty performance of the black screen and colorful screen.

When connecting new cables, it is necessary to ensure that each interface connection is firm and tight, and the cable is reasonable to carry a reasonable wiring and fixing to prevent it from re -use and pull problems during the subsequent use. After completing the cable replacement, the camera has comprehensive functional testing again, including the stability, clarity, color reduction, and focus function of the screen display to ensure need.
