1 Improper or incorrect disinfection
If the camera is not properly disinfected, the image will become blurry. Residues on other parts and connectors may cause further damage. The camera is recommended to be sterilized with ethylene oxide gas, not with high temperature and pressure, and try not to use immersion method for disinfection.
2 Physical impact or drop
The camera should always be handled gently. Any rough or careless operation may cause the camera to fall or hit a hard surface, and may cause serious damage. Inside the camera, the CCD is mounted on the prism group. If any of these components are disturbed, it may cause unclear images, ghosting, and other abnormal images.
3 Connection cable damage/aging
The connection cable is equipped with several thin and fragile cables. Frequent or rough use may aggravate the internal wear of the cable, especially the connection between the cable and the sheath.
